Description

Our mix of over 20 annual and 20 perennial wildflower species from all over the world, together with 7 meadow grasses, for a bold and beautiful meadow from year 1 onwards.

This new improved mix now contains perennial cornflowers and poppies as well as dames violet and Maltese cross and is particularly attractive to pollinating insects. Quick to grow, with a long flowering season, you'll see first year colour from the annuals, with the perennial wildflower species emerging from year 2 onwards.

For best results sow in the spring from March through to May, or in the autumn, from late August through to October.

All our wildflower meadow mixes comprise 20% wildflowers and 80% grasses.  The native wildflower seed in our mixtures is sourced from stock grown in the wild in Britain.  It is then multiplied up commercially and mixed and packed in the UK so you can be confident you are buying native British wildflower seed.

Best sown onto a bare seedbed.
