Description
Ragged Robin 9cm Pot Plants Silene flos-cuculi
Ragged robin is an attractive native perennial which thrives in damp soil including wet meadows, woodlands, marshy ground and bog gardens. The frayed pink flowers give the plant its “ragged” name and can be seen from late spring to late summer.
One of the RHS Plants for Pollinators, the nectar of the ragged robin is enjoyed by bumblebees, honeybees, butterflies and other pollinating insects.
Sourced from native seed and grown in the UK, our 9cm pot plants are a quick and effective way to boost species in a wildflower meadow.
We recommend planting around 3 plants per metre square in groups of at least 3 per species for a naturalistic look.
