Wildflower Meadow in first year

Annuals in first year These pictures of a Wildflower Meadow are taken from a large meadow that we supplied the seed to in Gloucestershire a few years ago. It was sown in the Spring a mixture of grass and perennial wildflowers.With it was sown our standard Cornfield Annual seed mix. It shows the benefit  in the first year of adding some annuals and sowing early. You can clearly see in the Wildflower Meadow. The Red Poppies. Blue Cornflowers, Yellow Corn Marigold and Mauve Corn Cockle. Also some of the Corn Chamomile. Wildflower Meadow
