Description
Wild Tulip Tulipa sylvestris
Common names include the woodland tulip.
Found in woodlands and meadows and rough grassland areas, the bright yellow flowers of this spring-flowering plant are pleasantly lemon-scented. A perennial bulb, it is suitable for naturalising in woodland where it will multiply in number and flower year after year.
Ideal for woodland settings, meadows, containers, garden flower beds and borders and as a cut flower. Plant your wild tulips 10-15cm deep in fertile, well-drained soil.
Our highest-quality wildflower and meadow bulbs are grown in the UK from British plants.
