Common Daisy Plug Plants Bellis perennis

Common names include lawn daisy.

A familiar and charming perennial wildflower with classic white, yellow-centred blooms that appear from March to October. Flowering for much of the year, common daisy is a vital nectar source for bees and other pollinators early and late in the season. Its compact, ground-hugging habit makes it ideal for naturalising in lawns, meadows, borders, and wildlife-friendly gardens.

Thriving in full sun or light shade on most soil types, common daisy is tolerant of mowing and foot traffic, making it perfect for species-rich grasslands and flowering lawns. It’s a resilient little plant that supports biodiversity while adding a touch of nostalgia to any setting.

Our strong, healthy plug plants are grown in 40cc cell trays and are ready to be planted straight into their final position.

Sourced from UK-grown native stock, these plugs provide a simple way to establish daisy-rich areas where seed sowing may be difficult.

We recommend planting 5–7 plugs per square metre in groups for a natural look.
