Large-Flowered Mixed Crocuses Crocus vernus
A colourful mix of lilac, purple, orange and white large-flowered Dutch crocuses to bring profuse spring colour to a wide range of settings. A fully hardy, vigorous grower, crocuses are ideal for naturalising in lawns and for planting in flower beds, edges and borders; they also do well in pots and containers.
Large-flowering crocuses grow best in full sun in well-drained soil. To achieve a naturalistic effect, scatter handfuls of bulbs and plant them about 8-10cm deep where they fall. They will multiply easily. Where the bulbs are planted in lawns, leave grass uncut until after the leaves have died back.
Our highest-quality wildflower and meadow bulbs are grown in the UK from British plants.
