Common Star of Bethlehem Ornithogalum umbellatum autumn planting bulbs.
This flowering perennial produces an impressive flush of white star-shaped flowers for several weeks from April through to June. It is quick to establish, and to spread, and prefers a sunny site, though will tolerate partial shade. The 10 to 20 flowers on each stem open fully in full sunshine.
Plant your common star of Bethlehem bulbs around 7 - 8 cm below the surface of the soil, and about 7cm apart.
Our bulbs are grown in the UK from British plants.
