Wildflower Plug Plants General Summer Mix
Our general purpose mix of summer plug plants for meadow flowers that bloom throughout the summer. Choose this mixture of plants if you are unsure of your soil type, or your site has a mix of soil types and conditions.
Our strong, healthy plants are grown in 40cc cell trays and are ready to be planted in their final position.
You will receive 10 species from a longer list of suitable UK wildflower plants that grow in the widest range of settings. These include, common knapweed, oxeye daisy and wild carrot.
Most of the species appear on the RHS Plants for Pollinators list and are a great source of food for bees, butterflies and other pollinators.
Sourced from native seed and grown for us in the UK, our plug plants are an ideal way to boost species in a wildflower meadow or to easily establish plants in your garden or in areas where seed germination can be erratic.
We recommend planting 5 plugs per metre square in groups of at least 3 per species for a naturalistic look.

This is a funny time of year to review my plants!! The one lot are looking like mostly buttercups, and the clay lot are waiting for the spring to get going. There look to be some interesting plants there.

We haven't many flowers yet, but I hope next summer we will enjoy some. There are 2 patches, and on one grass is still evident.

Wildflower Plants General Summer Mix - 150 Plugs
I am very pleased with the wild flower plug plants. They arrived in sturdy packaging and in good condition - all labelled clearly and looking healthy, with good root systems.
They have increased in size well and have completely covered the area of soil. They look amazing and encourage all sorts of pollinators. We have enjoyed watching them develop and bloom.
